Case Study 2020 - ‘22

In 2020, I collaborated with the team in Mashreq Bank to lead a rapid redesign of their mobile banking app, focusing on enhancing overall UX and UI to meet the evolving needs of their digital-first customers. With a sharp increase in mobile transactions and growing user expectations, the existing app needed a streamlined interface and more intuitive user flows.

Operating under tight timelines, we conducted focused user research and usability assessments to uncover key friction points across the app. Our design sprint approach enabled us to iterate quickly, resulting in a refreshed mobile experience that delivered clarity, consistency, and improved functionality—all aligned with Mashreq’s vision of seamless, user-centric digital banking.
